UKFT member SALTS Cashmere is a UK-based cashmere brand offering unisex silhouettes crafted from 100% cashmere and cashmere blends. Launching on 1 September 2025, its debut collection is rooted in quiet luxury. It features timeless and versatile designs, now available on its e-commerce platform.
Yorkshire-based artist David Hockney’s bold colours and signature style were key inspirations for this collection. “His work is housed at Salts Mill, an iconic cultural space in Saltaire, Yorkshire — and the namesake of our brand,” said Martin Parker, Founder of Salts Cashmere. “This connection to Yorkshire is deeply meaningful: it is not only where the collection is designed, but also reflects our creative values of individuality, warmth, and heritage.”

Its unisex knitwear designs are thought out to bring style and comfort to any wardrobe, regardless of gender. Martin explained: “At SALTS, we believe in the power of personal style and slow fashion. Our goal is to create pieces that feel like favourites from day one — and stay in your wardrobe for years to come. We’re excited to build a community around SALTS, starting with this first collection and growing with every story that follows.”
The brand’s initial focus is on the UK market, with plans to expand in other markets such as Europe and the US. “Our initial focus is the UK market, where we aim to grow a loyal customer base that values both design and quality,” said Martin. “In the future, we’re also exploring wholesale partnerships that align with our brand ethos. While those conversations evolve, we’re preparing to launch on curated online marketplaces.”
