There is no doubt that business post-Brexit has been hit with enormous changes, some of which has been easier to navigate than others. The way fashion and textile businesses contract with agents and distributors is likely to have changed because of this, and knowing how to work through the changes to achieve your end goals is essential.
Topics to be covered:
- Legal issues around working with agents and distributors in the UK, EU and beyond
- Agent sample rules post-Brexit
- Issues around using non-UK law on contracts
- The general view of the UK amongst EU agents and distributors
