Reminder: UK Government Consultation on De Minimis

The UK Government has launched a consultation on proposed changes to the £135 de minimis threshold for low-value imports, following similar reviews in the EU and US.
The consultation considers the potential impacts of any changes on businesses, customs operations, competition and product compliance. Members may wish to review the proposals and consider how any changes could affect their operations by responding to the consultation.
The consultation is open until 6 March 2026.
