The second annualLeicester Madetradeshow and event will be held on 14 May at Athena on Queen St in Leciester, bringing together retail buyers and factories and brands operating in the city.The event aims to highlight Leicester's sustainable and ethical garment factories, showcase local design talent, and create networking opportunities between retailers, designers and manufacturers. It will also feature roundtable discussions, educational experiences, keynote speakers on industry innovations, and NGOs supporting garment makers.The event is set to include:A keynote address from Secretary of State Liz Kendall.
