New and updated regulatory guides for UKFT members (September 2026)

UKFT has published a series of new and updated guides to help members understand and respond to regulatory changes affecting the fashion and textile industry.

The guides provide practical information on packaging and waste legislation, environmental claims, international trade, product safety and compliance. Topics include global packaging EPR schemes, the EU Green Transititon Directive, the end of the EU de minimis exemption, EUDR, packaging and waste shipment regulations, PPE, CE and UKCA markings, children's apparel, toys and furniture fire safety. Dedicated guidance is also available for Reuse & Recycling members covering UK and EU waste legislation.
