Job Outline

The Senior Membership Executive will support the implementation of UKFT’s membership strategy. They will help drive membership to achieve the organisation’s growth and retention targets. They will work within a small membership team, supporting the Textile Membership Manager and Head of Fashion Membership.

The Senior Executive will support on all aspects of fashion and textile membership management, development and retention. They will help with the administration of membership events (both digital and physical), as well as supporting on the administration of membership recruitment and retention. They will work closely with other departments to ensure that the membership strategy aligns with UKFT’s goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within the Membership Team to support the implementation of a comprehensive membership growth and retention strategy across the sectors of the industry
  • Actively recruit new members from across the fashion and textile sector
  • Support on the active use of the CRM system, ensuring its effective use for managing membership data, tracking engagement and driving targeted communications
  • Work with the membership team to maintain and nurture proactive relationships with members, including travelling to member visits and regular phone and video calls  
  • Actively account manage current members, supporting on the administration of renewals and management of member requests
  • Work with the Membership Team to continuously improve the membership strategy
  • Represent UKFT at industry events and conferences to promote membership benefits

The ideal candidate would come from the industry and have knowledge of the fashion and textile sector as well as a proven ability to close sales.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK as we are unable to offer Visa sponsorships at this time.
