UKFT is looking for a dedicated Compliance Executive to provide our members with tailored guidance and ensure they remain compliant with international standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work with UKFT and represent the UK fashion and textile industry during a period of significant change.You will work closely with members and the UKFT team, providing detailed, relevant and timely information to help members understand existing compliance legislation and standards, as well as prepare them for future challenges. This role could suit a Fabric or Garment Technologist with global care labelling experience (this is not essential)Working closely with the Compliance Manager, the Compliance Executive will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including helping to develop industry guides and toolkits, through to liaising with our stakeholders and establishing a good understanding of labelling requirements, sustainability regulations and global trading arrangements.
