The Spanish Packaging EPR scheme entered into force in January 2023 and becomes effective on 1 January 2025.UKFT can provide members with the relevant guides and information on Spain's Packaging EPR scheme and the symbols required on your packaging. The framework for this scheme is outlined in Law 7/2022 on Waste and Contaminated Soils for a Circular Economy, which mandates the development of EPR regulations for textiles by April 2025.
