The second round of the ScaleUP Incubator is open from Asos and Fashion Minority Report (FMR), designed to support and elevate ethnic minority-led brands.The deadline for applications is3 April 2025.Successful applicants will gain exclusive access to mentoring, networking, business masterclasses, and funding opportunities - culminating in an incredible chance to have their collection sold via Asos.Isabelle Pennington Edmeadis one of the finalists from the first round of the programme. She said: "For the collection I've worked in collaboration withFabacus- a London-based technology business. It's all made in the UK withFashion Enter, and I've worked withDayrizeto calculate and offset the carbon footprint using Ecologi. Each piece also has a Fabacus digital ID, something that came about after I met founder Andrew Xeni while studying on the MBA30 programme with the Black British Initiative/Stephen Lawrence Foundation at SOAS. Beyond the sustainability side, the designs are super personal - every print and pattern is hand-drawn in my studio in the Northwest of England, inspired by my British-Caribbean heritage."She added: "My collection will be available to a broader audience than ever before, bringing my vision of stylish, inclusive, and purpose-driven fashion to a global stage.
