UK Peclers Paris team Janet Holbrook has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Textile Design. She has a strong background in consultancy working for IM International Nigel French and PQ Associates and formed her own consultancy company in 1989 with Lucy Hailey. Janet has travelled widely and worked with clients from many different markets primarily UK USA South Africa Canada Australia China and Japan. Lucy Hailey has a retail fashion office background working with Courtaulds Fabric Group the first fashion office at Debenhams Department Store Group and Conran Design Group. She joined Janet Holbrook at PQ Associates working as a senior consultant and further to that setting up her own company with Janet Holbrook in 1989. She currently works as a freelance consultant with Holbrook Studio.
