Originally working directly with one fashion brand Christina started her own fashion blog which is how her passion for independent brands start-ups developing business and working with numerous businesses instead of just one came into fruition. This navigated her career to working with various Markeplace platforms including ASOS Marketplace and Luxury platform Ounass where over the course of 6 years she has championed business development for both established and emerging brands helping businesses navigate that space and jump to the right platform ahead of the curve. Today Christina works as a Lead E-commerce Fashion Business Development Manager for TikTok specifically TikTok Shop which allows you to turn the experience of discovery and community into shoppable moments for your audience. Emily Caine Over the course of a near-decade Emily Caine has developed an instinctive understanding of the unique challenges of working in fashion retail. Her extensive experience from within 2 of the UKs major fashion retailers is the product of working across buying merchandising styling studio operations and project management to name but a few and it is these experiences that give her such a unique insight into the fashion retail world. In particular Emily has extensive experience in menswear buying playing a major part in the rapid growth of ASOS Menswear. In her time at SOS she also led the launch of both ASOS White and Collusion with Collusion going on to become the second most searched brand on the website. Her contribution to these brands extends from conception to delivery of products and its this wide-ranging input that has informed her perceptive take on brand management and development. Emily moved in 2021 to TikTok having been inspired by a growing fascination and belief in the burgeoning power of social commerce. Bringing her wealth of experience and expertise she now leads TikTok Shops SMB project specialising in fashion and mentoring emerging young talent and businesses throughout their entire TikTok Shop journey.
