UKFT Approved Bespoke Tailoring Course
Delivered by The Tailoring Academy, the Bespoke Tailoring Course is the first non-regulated training provision approved by the Sector Skills Body. Launched on the 12th of September 2022, the programme will run for three years. The course focuses on practical skills and industry-relevant knowledge. It covers several topics including bespoke cutting, bespoke tailoring, quality management and cost calculation.
The course is aimed at people aged 18 or above, coming from outside of the UK. It is part of The Tailoring Academy’s International Programme. The Cheshire-based institution has been accredited by the British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education as a Short Course Provider.
The Tailoring Academy delivers the course in-person, at its state-of-the-art workshop premises in Macclesfield (Cheshire, UK). The programme involves mostly practical classes as well as seminars.
