British design studios, colleges and publications are a true force to be reckoned with, providing highly original creativity and forward-thinking trends. They are by far the largest country group within Première Vision Designs, with 69 of the 220 exhibitors being British.
On display are innovative collections of prints for fashion, home and packaging, woven and knitted designs, plus embroidery and embellishments, all showcasing the latest colours, finishes and details.

- Appaloosa Print Collection & Vintage
Appaloosa studio provides a range of digital collections, including catwalk reaction, modern classics and a seasonal digitalised Vintage collection. As well as offering a fantastic inspirational resource for fashion/home from Peter Westcott’s extensive Vintage Archive.
- The Aviary Studio
The Aviary Studio is UK-based hand weaving studio and design consultancy providing fabric design ideas to both the fashion and interior markets. Striving to fulfil the constant demand for newness in an age where copying has become standard practice, its main aim is to inspire.
Each season, extensive trend and materials research is gathered and applied through the medium of hand weaving, to offer a collection of directional and relevant design ideas that are both inspiring and workable.
- Chelsea College of Arts
Presenting innovative, exciting and new ideas in knit, stitch, print, weave and mixed media from BA Textile Design students from Chelsea College of Art and Design
- Code Studio Knit
An established London studio with a beautiful collection of new and vintage, printed and knitted designs and full garments, suitable for women’s, men’s, junior and home. The new collections include digital and hand drawn prints and 12-5 gauge knitted and hand knitted designs.
The globally sourced vintage collection ranges from the 1920’s-1970’s and provides a stunning inspirational resource.
- Code Studio Print

- HER Studio London
HER Studio London is an exciting new print studio based in East London. The Studio’s team of talented in-house designers offer the most up-to-date, fresh and exciting interpretations of the latest trends in print and colour.
- Jack Jones Design
Jack Jones is showing its latest, fabulous collection of prints for women’s and juniors fashion. Created by the incredibly talented Jack Jones Design team in East London.
- Kate Lewis Studio
London-based Kate Lewis Studio produces directional and inspirational fabric designs for fashion and interior markets. The studio specialises in both hand and machine embroidery with a focus on new and multiple techniques. It also offers creative consultancy, fabric development and small production. Established for almost 20 years working with couture houses, Ready to Wear and sportswear brands, home collections and French embroidery ateliers.
- Laima Joubert Prints
Laima Joubert Prints takes inspiration from nature and travel. A graduate from Middlesex University with a BA in Fashion Design, Laima Joubert worked in the arts and found a passion in textile print making so the Laima Joubert Prints brand was created. During the development of each print a variety of artistic techniques are applied to achieve the final digital presentation. Exclusive prints are suitable for both fashion and interior design work.
- Leeds Arts University
Leeds Arts University offers a diverse and innovative collection of designs for fabrics for womenswear, menswear and kidswear, spanning casualwear, streetwear and high street fashion.
- Lucas Douglas Print
Lucas Douglas Print is a trend driven design studio with an emphasis on modern dynamic prints. Sectors covered include: Active Sport, Outdoorwear, Casualwear, Streetwear, High Street fashion, Cocktail, Homewear, Lingerie, Swimwear – Beachwear, Functional Workwear, Home Furnishings, Bags and Luggage, Neck Scarves and Scarves.
- McEvoy Textiles
McEvoy Textiles is a handweaving mill and design studio based in Glasgow, Scotland. With a focus on heritage and innovation the firm specialises in the creation of wovens for the fashion and Interior markets.
Our collections include dobbys, jacquards as well as some ore experimental processes. These samples can be bought as artworks or used as the starting point to further development. Further to this McEvoy can offer a short run hand woven production service for most of its fabrics.
- Mirjam Rouden
Sophisticated high fashion prints on big silk pieces. Especially known for abstract painting, other techniques include acid, reactive and discharge screen printing, airbrushing and digital designs. A wide range of new designs including animal skin, ditsys, placements, geos, decorative, florals suitable for dress fabrics as well as jersey and swim wear.
- Modes & More
Modes and More is a leading vintage fashion boutique based in Pimlico, London, and is one of the UK’s most exclusive retailers of rare, designer vintage garments and accessories. The hand selected rang includes rare pieces from Chanel Christian Dior YSL and garments dating back to the 1920’s through to the 1990’s.
In addition to supplying items for fashion shoots and red carpet events, Modes and More also work with costumiers for film and theatre productions.
- Nascent Embroidery Studio London
Nascent Studio is a textile swatch company. The firm produces original embroidery, and embellishment concepts for the fashion industry.
- Never Forget Yvette
Never Forget Yvette is a design studio from England selling prints. Fabric appliques/embroideries and knits suitable for childrenswear, scrubs companies, women’s sleep, fabric and stationary.
- Rare Thread
Rare Thread is a London based design consultancy and handloom mill specialising in the creation of innovative wovens for a range of fashion and interior markets. We produce a seasonal collection of woven and multi process fabric swatches using carefully sourced yarns and materials to inspire our clients. The collection include dobbies, jacquards, yarn dyes and tweeds. These pieces can be bought as artwork or used as the starting points for further fabric development.
- Vintage Labels
A vintage collection of women’s clothing for film and fashion. The archives have a large print collection and include embellishments in beading and embroidery, knitwear, lace and silhouettes. The collection selected for Premiere Vision will focus on trends for Winter 2019/20, with Spring / Summer highlights.
- Whiston and Wright
An emphasis on fashion print and embroidery designs for the contemporary, junior and missy markets.
- WM House of Textiles
WM House of Textiles is a family of eclectic layered designs for digital printing brought to life through womenswear, resortwear, beachwear, active sport and leisure-wear and interiors. Each print is developed through multiple stages of layering, using digital methods as well as traditional collage, painting and stencil techniques. Every new layer that is applied enriches the print, leaving the hidden layers and colours to bleed through and achieve the distinct glow that defines our designs.
WSA – Make Future
A highly creative collection of designs for Spring/Summer 2019.
- Yellow Minnow
Yellow Minnow is a knitwear consultancy and swatch studio showing a collection of swatches from fine gauge, handknits, crochet and embroidery for women, men’s and children’s wear.
