To help evaluate and advance sustainable practice across the UK fashion and textile industry, UKFT has launched its second Sustainability Survey. The insights gathered will form a crucial foundation for UKFT’s future work informing advocacy efforts, supporting lobbying activities, and promoting meaningful, industry-wide change.

Your participation is essential. By contributing your insights, you’re not only helping us paint a more accurate picture of the industry’s current sustainability landscape, but also ensuring your organisation’s voice is represented in future decision-making.

The survey also provides a valuable opportunity to:

• Showcase the sectors sustainability efforts
• Identify potential areas for improvement
• Contribute to collective action and progress across the sector

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. This year, we’re covering key areas including company background, sourcing and supply chain practices, innovation, sustainability policies, targets, frameworks, and the challenges being faced.

The deadline for responses is Monday 15 September 2025.

We strongly encourage you to share this with colleagues, particularly those overseeing sustainability in your organisation. The more responses we receive, the stronger our collective voice.

All responses will be kept strictly confidential. We will share the headline findings with participants to support internal planning and external communications.
