Meet UKFT member Artisan Seams Atelier, a clothing manufacturer and design specialists based in Chelston, Somerset.

Artisan Seams is a relatively young enthusiastic company, but the journey started many years before that. The founder, Alla Sellick, worked for a lady fashion house producing ladies suits for television and showbiz for 10 years, and then moved to England where she worked for a very well-known wedding dress Designer.

Alla then founded Artisan Seams Atelier and over the last 10 years has made it to be a widely respected established company, specialising in all aspects of ladies creations and designs, from trousers, dresses, coats, and all aspects of ladies tailoring using and working with fur, lace, leather and silks.

Also providing all the relative services, ranging from start-up package, FPP, CMT, MTM, sample and pattern  making , grading, and  tech  pack through to garment manufacturing.

 

“With our highly skilled and enthusiastic team of 6 who provides their own unique skills and talents from seam stressing, hand-sewing, beading, fabric and pattern cutting, designs and samplist. We provide our services to a-wide customer base from small start-up designer labels through two high-end well-known designers within the industry.”
