Member spotlight: Splash About partners with Team GB swimmer Jazz Carlin

UKFT member Splash About, a leading manufacturer and award-winning baby swimwear, has recently announced a partnership with Olympic silver medallist and Team GB swimmer Jazz Carlin.

Since the swimwear brand was established in 2005, UKFT member Splash About has been dedicated to creating innovative and practical swimwear for children, with a focus on combining style and safety as top priorities.
For over 20 years, Splash About has been making reusable swim nappies, leading to the creation of the ‘Happy Nappy DUO’, an eco-friendly, award-winning alternative to disposables nappies.
In August 2024, Splash About revealed a partnership with Olympic swimmer Jazz Carlin as a new Brand Ambassador. Carlin’s dedication to making swimming safer, more accessible and enjoyable for babies and young children aligns perfectly with the brand’s values and mission.
The brand has been a leading name in the industry, known for its innovative, safe and fun solutions that enhance the water experiences of families.
Samantha Williams, Joint Managing Director at Splash About, said:

Samantha went on:
“Jazz will be sharing her experiences, offering pool tips for parents with babies and young children, as well as putting our swim wear and accessories to the test – giving her opinion on the best investments for infant swimming – whether it’s for formal baby swim classes or family fun time at the leisure centre pool.”
Jazz Carlin, a professional swimmer and European Commonwealth Champion, earned multiple medals at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. Although she has retired from competitive swimming, she continues to introduce her baby to the world of competitive sports, even attending events like this year’s Paris Olympics.
Jazz Carlin said:
“Swimming is a huge part of my life; but switching from swimming competitively to taking my 11-month-old son Max, to the pool has taken me on a completely different swimming journey!”
