Negotiations on the upgraded UK–South Korea Trade Agreement have now concluded, building on the post-Brexit continuity arrangements carried over from the EU–Korea deal. The updated agreement maintains preferential tariff access for the majority of goods, includes updated rules of origin, including provisions for EU cumulation and introduces measures affecting trade in goods and services. UKFT has been actively engaged throughout the process to represent member interests.
