From Cardiff to Glasgow, the UKFT team has promoted the fashion and textile industry at the Skills career fairs. It was a pleasure to meet young people looking for career ideas last week at Skills Scotland. Join us next at Skills London, on the 25^th and 26^th of November!

Held at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) in Glasgow on the 2^nd and 3^rd of November, the event offered school leavers the chance to meet employers and education providers. Skills Glasgow was a perfect opportunity to inspire, educate and guide young talent into the UK fashion and textile industry. With a plethora of opportunities and career paths, this sector can provide the next generations with stability and skills for the future.

On top of sharing local sector information and organising hands-on industry tasters, we also advertised vacancies sent by UKFT members on a live job board.
