UKFT play an active role in promoting the careers available in the industry to new entrants of all ages. Working closely with our Education Partners to strengthen the links between industry and education we can ensure the next generation of talent is equipped with the very latest skills to join the UK fashion and textiles industry.

As part of this work we illustrate the wealth of technical and creative roles available throughout the supply chain and highlight the routes into jobs across all parts of the sector.

We can help our Education Partner members find industry speakers for careers events, make links with local businesses, source internship and progression opportunities and facilitate factory/studio tours.
