Meet Varun Sharma (35), founder of namesake brand, Varun Sharma, the artisanal, handmade womenswear label that explores contemporary design through the duality of his inherited British & Indian cultures.

Varun is a multidisciplinary designer of menswear, womenswear and print, he is recognisable for his use of bold colours and print work. Having previously worked under successful creatives such as menswear designer Carolyn Massey, he honed his ability to create beautifully crafted & refined garments.

Based in London, the eponymous womenswear label, which launched in 2020, has a production studio in India, where Varun works one on one personally with local artisans to create what you see.
