Employment Tribunal Claims
If a member faces an Employment Tribunal claim our employment advisor can assist with any aspect of the process, including preparing a “defence” to the claim, collating relevant documentation, taking witness statements and organising representation at the Tribunal hearing. This service is chargeable in addition to your membership fee, and would be discussed and agreed with you before any work is undertaken.
