UKFT Regulation Summit: Navigating Textile EPR – Global Lessons and Opportunities
20/05/2026
UKFT members: Join us at the UKFT Regulation Summit 2026 on 9 June to explore how Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is evolving across global markets and what this means for the UK fashion and textile industry.
As governments introduce new regulatory frameworks to address textile waste and support circularity, businesses are preparing for significant operational and strategic change. This session will bring together industry leaders and policy experts to examine emerging EPR models, lessons from international markets and the practical opportunities these frameworks can create for brands, manufacturers and recyclers.
The discussion will consider how EPR can support greater transparency, improve resource efficiency and accelerate the transition towards circular business models, while also addressing the challenges of implementation across complex global supply chains.
