UKFT member Pulsar is a UK-based manufacturer of high-visibility clothing and protective workwear. With over 40 years of expertise in technical and protective apparel, Pulsar is committed to upholding industry standards through innovation, quality and reliability. The manufacturer’s new collection, developed in-house, is set to redefine the landscape of high-performance PPE. The REACT range includes waterproof men’s and women’s shell jackets, alongside unisex over trousers available in vibrant yellow and orange.

Pulsar aims to change the way we think about PPE with this new collection inspired by the functionality and design of sportswear, snow wear and outdoor apparel. Ideal for workers across a variety of industries requiring certified clothing, this collection has been specifically built to face the unpredictable UK climate.

“Developed by Pulsar’s in-house team, the collection incorporates refined fits, ergonomic detailing, and practical enhancements such as concealed trims, reinforced seams, and easily accessible pockets.”

Crafted from PFAS-free, bluesign® approved Durable Water Repellent (DWR) and GRS certified recycled polyester, the REACT range uses mono-material fabrics and adhesives, making recycling more efficient at the product’s end-of-life. The collection meets the highest standards for visibility and weather protection, complying with EN ISO 20471: 2013+A1:2016 CLASS 3, EN 343: 2019 CLASS 4.4.X, and RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2:2019 (for orange garments).
