Donate surplus stock to the Pop-Up Crisis / Crisis at Christmas initiative: Winter 2025

19/11/2025

UKFT invites member companies to donate surplus stock, samples, end-of-line pieces or unwanted fabric to this year’s Pop-Up Crisis shop in support of Crisis at Christmas 2025.

What is Pop-Up Crisis?

Pop-Up Crisis is a collaborative initiative where luxury fashion, lifestyle brands and entrepreneurs come together to support Crisis, the UK homelessness charity. All proceeds from the pop-up store go directly to Crisis, helping to finance vital services for people.

The initiative has raised over £650,000 since it was launched and its most recent event supported more than 6,000 people.

Some of the companies which have already confirmed their participation this year include Bennett Winch, Crockett & Jones, Chrysalis Clothing, Dugdale Brothers, Dunhill, Grenson, Hilditch & Key, Knatchbull, Manolo Blahnik, Richard Anderson, Richard James, Scabal, Stephen Jones Millinery, Tod’s , Truefitt & Hill, Turnbull & Asser and Wales Bonner.

Why support this year’s campaign?

  • All profits benefit Crisis: 100% of proceeds from donated items go to Crisis to fund their year-round and Christmas services.
  • Growing impact: The Pop-Up Crisis event has become a key date in Crisis’s retail fundraising calendar.
  • High-profile support: The campaign is backed by well-known figures and brands (including designers, tailors and public personalities) helping to raise awareness and draw high-value donations.
  • Meaningful contribution: Donations of fabric, samples, or even seconds can be transformed into a resource that directly helps people experiencing homelessness.

The impact your donation could make

By contributing surplus stock, companies not only free up space, but also channel their excess inventory into social good. The funds raised support Crisis’s Crisis at Christmas work, including:

  • Providing safe accommodation (such as hotel rooms) for individuals who would otherwise be sleeping rough.
  • Running day centres with health, wellbeing and advice services (GP, ear, eye care, housing advice) during the Christmas period.
  • Strengthening Crisis’s year-round programmes, helping people move on from homelessness.
