The Outsiders Perspective is inviting applications for its Autumn Programme, designed to support talented professionals of colour from outside the luxury, fashion and beauty industries to transition into operational roles with leading brand partners.

The Outsiders Perspective is a not-for-profit organisation on a mission to increase representation in the luxury, fashion and beauty industry. Its brand partners include: ASOS, BoF, Burberry, Capri, Chanel, Dunhill, Fred Perry, Future, Harrods, Lululemon, McQueen, Mulberry, Paul Smith, Puig and Tiffany & Co.

The Autumn Programme starts in October and will comprise eight evening workshops and a network event. Through the programme, candidates will hear from 15 industry leaders, work on their CVs to become ready for industry and build skills and knowledge to successfully make the career move. They will also attend a network event at which they will meet over 60 members of industry who are all looking to hire.

Criteria for application:

• You must be currently working outsider of the luxury, fashion and beauty space

• You must be highly skilled with a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in an operational role – finance, law, HR, marketing, logistics, supply chain, operations, tech, eComm, digital, sustainability

• You must have a passion for luxury, fashion or beauty and be able to demonstrate why you want to make the move.

• You must be a person of colour.
