Greenway Logistics
UKFT has partnered with Greenway Logistics, based in the Netherlands, to provide members with global logistics solutions. The advice and mediation offered by Greenway is free of charge for UKFT members.
Since its inception, the company has supported dozens of UKFT members in logistics and supply chain operations, including assistance with setup after the UK has left the European Union. Additionally, Greenway Logistics has provided UKFT members with advice on sustainability in logistics, consolidation of sea freight, export solutions and outsourcing logistics.
Many fashion companies from outside Europe choose The Netherlands as their point of entry for establishing their European business and logistics. The Netherlands is particularly well-suited for the fashion, textile and lifestyle industry. It serves as the logistics gateway to Europe (and the rest of the World) with Rotterdam Port and Amsterdam-Schiphol Airport being major hubs, offering fast connections throughout Europe, numerous fiscal advantages (co-contractor VAT transfer) and a genuine entrepreneurial culture.
Greenway Logistics was founded in 2008 and has offices in several EU countries, as well as in China. The firm already supports 15 other fashion and textile trade associations around the world, helping member companies develop their logistics in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

- EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) solution including access to an EU-based Authorized Representative (EUAR)
Greenway Logistics was officially established in the UK in June 2024. This expansion enables Greenway Logistics to better serve clients from this location. Greenway Logistics has already successfully supported many British fashion companies with logistics under the new EU setup post-Brexit. Now UKFT and Greenway are looking forward to working with members to find new solutions in a constantly changing global market.
