UKFT member Peter Reed, a linen manufacturer based in Lancashire, launches its Exclusive Embroidery Collection. The new collection is a tribute to the landscapes and rich culture of Lancashire.

Peter Reed has been manufacturing fine bed and table linens in Lancashire since 1861. Its manufacturing production is entirely in-house and everything is made to order, ensuring the highest level of finishing. With thread counts from 210 to 1,000, Peter Reed offer Percales, Sateens, and Linens, including custom monograms and embroidery, reflecting each client’s unique style.
Receiving a Royal Warrant in 2008, Peter Reed celebrate tradition and craftsmanship, as well as being committed to sustainability.

Peter Reed recently launched its Exclusive Embroidery Collection, a tribute to the landscapes and rich culture of Lancashire. It is crafted from 100% Supima cotton and adorned with Aurifil Re-fil Embroidery Thread. Each piece boasts an impressive 800tc (Percale) thread count, ensuring a luxurious feel while staying true to the brand’s sustainability ethos.
Available in five colours, each named after Lancashire villages and rivers:
Catlow – Pure White (2024A)
Trawden – Midnight Blue (2775A)
Hendon – Gleaming Gold (5010A)
Walverdon – Subtle Grey (2615A)
Croston – Slate Grey (2625A)
Peter Reed linens are made to order with the manufacturing process starting by sourcing the finest linens from its suppliers in Italy. Then its skilled team finish the product in the Lancashire-based textile mill by cutting, embroidering and embellishing the linens, with a lead time of 15-20 working days.
Its ethos involves producing high-quality linens using the finest materials and skilled craftsmanship, while remaining committed to sustainability.
