UKFT Guide to the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA)
The UK-EU TCA is the largest and most comprehensive of the UK’s new FTAs. It has been negotiated at great speed in difficult political times, during a global pandemic. The TCA provides only for duty/tariff-free movement of goods manufactured in the UK or EU. All other goods are dutiable.

- Date of entry into force: 01.01.2021 on a provisionally applied basis with formal ratification in 2021.
