UKFT has published a new guidance note to help members understand the recent US Supreme Court ruling on the IEEPA based tariffs applied in 2025, and whether it may be possible for companies to reclaim any duties paid.

The update explains what the decision means for importers and outlines the current position at the US Court of International Trade and US Customs and Border Protection. The UKFT guide will be updated in April when US CBP updates the required systems.
