UKFT has published a new member guide covering developments under the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), focusing on measures relating to the prohibition on the destruction of unsold consumer products.
The guide sets out the current position regarding the relevant Delegated and Implementing Acts adopted under the ESPR framework.
