Future Fibres Network+ launch event on 22 May

Future Fibres Network +, a collaborative research project to bring environmental science into the heart of the UK fashion, apparel and textile sectors, is holding its first event on 22 May 2024 at the Design Museum in London. Attendees can find out more about the network, future events and how to apply for funding opportunities.
The project will invite applications up to £100k to support short-term targeted mini projects to encourage academic-industry collaboration.
The Future Fibres Network + being led by the University of Exeter and is part of Network Plus, which also includes Impact+ (led by the University of Northumbria) and Back to Baselines (led by the University of Leeds). It is part of the £15m UKRI Circular Fashion Programme, which aims to keep the UK at the forefront of the global fashion and textile industry.
