UK businesses are invited to join the Department of Business and Trade and the British Embassy Team Lagos for a five-day explorer mission to Nigeria from 19-23 February 2024.

Companies are invited to explore and develop commercial opportunities for trade and manufacturing in Nigeria, Retail presents a significant opportunity, with the Fashion and Beauty sector worth £20 billion, and growing by an average of 8% to 2027 (Statista 2023).

19th February – Doing Business in Nigeria, covering consumer marketing, IP, legal, and financial guidance and manufacturing opportunities.

20th – Retail tour, including UK brands already trading in the market and Meet the Buyer Event involving Franchise, Ecommerce, and Distribution partners

21^st – Meet the Buyer/ retail partner – Distributors, Pharmacy groups, Franchise and Ecommerce.

22^nd  – Meet the Designer – presentations on Sustainability and Innovation

23rd – Manufacturing opportunities
