The UKFT Regulation Summit: Exploring the legislative landscape of circular textiles, will bring together UK, EU and US regulatory experts, including speakers from the American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA), SUEZ and the European Apparel and Textile Confederation (Euratex), alongside compliance specialists and sustainability professionals to provide an international update on the evolving regulatory landscape for apparel and textile businesses. The event is designed to prepare stakeholders across the industry, with insights into upcoming legislation, compliance expectations and strategic implications for the sector.
The summit’s content has been carefully curated for industry professionals from the fashion and textile value chain, with a specific focus on businesses placing finished product on the consumer market.. With sessions covering circularity, EU and US regulatory requirements and more, the programme is designed to ensure businesses understand how upcoming circular textile regulation will affect their operations.
By bringing together regulatory bodies, industry associations and UKFT members, the Summit enables a business or organisation to leave with relevant, practical insights that support decision making, future compliance planning and the wider transition to a circular economy.
