UKFT member companies have the opportunity to join the inaugural Conversations for Change DE&I Summit on 18 June at the Tate Britain, London, hosted by The Minority Report Group.

The one-day accessible programme of thought-provoking talks and keynotes designed to help attendees unlock the value of shaping inclusive culture for diverse communities.

BELONGING is the theme for this year’s summit, a topic that has been at the centre of many DE&I conversations over the past 12 months. The event will address how to create a culture where belonging is central, not an afterthought.

Who should attend?

The Conversations for Change summit is a DE&I launchpad and space for ideas where people from varying levels of seniority, expertise and backgrounds can convene to advance inclusive and equitable change for diverse communities across the fashion, retail and tech sectors.
