UKFT publishes updated guide to the Developing Countries Trading Scheme (DCTS)

UKFT has published a new updated guide to the Developing Countries Trading Scheme (DCTS) for UK fashion and textile businesses, reflecting recent amendments to the Rules of Origin.
The guide replaces previous UKFT publications on the Generalised Scheme of Preferences (GSP) and earlier DCTS guidance. It provides an overview of the current framework and explains how the revised origin requirements apply when claiming preferential tariff treatment under the scheme.
Members importing from DCTS beneficiary countries are encouraged to review the updated guide to ensure continued compliance.
