The UK Government has extended the application window for new entrants to the Climate Change Agreement (CCA) scheme until 30 September 2025. This is the final extension, and no further opportunities are expected.

The CCA scheme allows eligible businesses to reduce their Climate Change Levy (CCL) charges on energy bills. Applications will continue to be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, so early action is recommended.

• Approved participants will benefit from reduced CCL charges starting 1 January 2026
