C101: UKFT releases new and updated guides on international trade and product labelling regulations

UKFT has refreshed a series of compliance resources and introduced new guides to support members in navigating international trade and product labelling regulations. Updated guides cover flammability, the internal market scheme and ICS2, and US product entry and e-filing, while new resources address certificates of origin for second-hand goods, the end of the EU de minimis rule, use of the term pony leather and pony hair, and the green transition directive. These updates reflect ongoing commitment to keeping guidance relevant, practical and aligned with the latest regulatory changes.
