Fashion takes centre stage in Berlin this week, with a variety of trade shows accompanying the official Fashion Week attracting an increasingly international crowd. Berlin is known for its young design and innovative ideas, but streetwear and sustainability are becoming more significant at this city’s events.

Some of the newest UK names to the Berlin line-up include an eco-friendly men’s underwear brand, a minimalist, ethically-produced womenswear label, rain jackets made from recycled ocean plastic and a new British premium sneaker collection.

More established labels on the roster for autumn/winter 19 include Brakeburn, Tom Joule, Komodo, Beaumont Organic, Clarks Originals, Fred Perry, Hymn, Heimat, Native Youth, Kangol, People Tree, French Connection, Parka London, Native Youth, Croots England and Oliver Spencer.
