CFIN webinar on scaling repair & resale on 21 October

06/10/2025

The conversation around circular fashion is shifting. Once seen primarily as a sustainability imperative, repair and resale are now recognised as powerful drivers of commercial growth, customer loyalty, and long-term brand resilience. Yet while ambition across the industry is high, the reality of scaling these services remains complex.

On 21 October at 12.30pm, the British Fashion Council (BFC) and Clarasys will host a webinar exploring these challenges and opportunities as part of the Circular Fashion Innovation Network (CFIN), which UKFT co-led with BFC. The session will also mark the launch of a new report, Customer-Centric Growth: A Playbook for Scaling Repair and Resale in Fashion.

This live discussion will move beyond theory. It will bring together industry leaders who are actively building circular models within established businesses—sharing what works, what doesn’t, and what it takes to embed repair and resale at scale.

Participants will gain practical insights into:

  • Building the business case: how to demonstrate the ROI of circularity and secure internal buy-in.

  • Designing the customer experience: what it takes to make repair and resale as seamless and desirable as buying new.

  • Forming strategic partnerships: where collaboration accelerates impact and efficiency.

The session will conclude with a live Q&A, offering attendees the chance to explore their specific challenges and leave with actionable steps to apply within their own organisations.
