New fashion-focused workspace to open in London’s Notting Hill

Spacemade is opening a flexible workspace and event lounge for small and medium-sized fashion, beauty and related businesses called Studio Y in Notting Hill, West London, in June 2025.
The Notting Dale Campus, located in the Yellow Building in W11, is home to fashion brands including Stella McCartney, Monsoon, Dune and Phoebe Philo. Dan Silverman, Co-Founder of Spacemade, said: “Our vision is to create a mini ecosystem where fashion-related businesses, both small and large, can thrive.”
Notting Dale features a contemporary art collection by world-renowned artists such as Antony Gormley, Damien Hirst, and Carsten Höller.
