Creative UK: What works for improving Diversity & Inclusion in the Creative Industries?

08/08/2024

Creative UK is seeking examples of good practice that has evidence of impact in addressing Equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) from all sub-sectors and at all levels of the industry from entry to mid and senior management, from both large and small organisations, and in both creative and non-creative roles.

In this first of its kind project, Creative UK is developing a compendium of case studies illustrating what works for improving Diversity & Inclusion in the Creative Industries which will be shared freely across the sector to help improve knowledge and understanding of effective EDI practice.

This project will provide an opportunity for you to lead change across the sector, establish yourself as an EDI conscious employer, grow your company’s profile and become an advocate for improving diversity and inclusion by helping the sector to learn from and replicate what is proven to work.

If you would like us to feature your equality and diversity activity, please email sarah.gregory@wearecreative.uk who will provide further details and arrange an online interview to record details about your work.
