UKFT member the London Contour Experts group (LCE) has announced the launch of the ‘Bodywear Collective’, a new hotspot showcasing trends from across the bodywear sector in collaboration with the trade fair PERFORMANCE DAYS. Scroll down to find out more.

The ‘Bodywear Collective’ is a new area of the trade fair PERFORMANCE DAYS dedicated to underwear, swimwear, dancewear, shapewear and sportscore (including sports bras and leggings). PERFORMANCE DAYS will see the official launch of the ‘Bodywear Collective’ during the Autumn edition of the trade show in Munich, on 23 and 24 October 2024.

Curated by Nichole de Carle, Founder of the LCE group, Tony Wang, LCE’s Managing Director, and Jos Berry, Concepts Paris’ Founder and Creative Director, the area will explore diverse facets of the bodywear industry, fabric trends and innovations.

The ‘Bodywear Collective’ offers a great opportunity to improve collaboration between brands within the supply chain and to break down the boundaries between sportswear and bodywear.”

Led by Nichole de Carle and Tony Wang, London Contour Experts is a multifaceted group of companies. It features the creative branding and marketing studio Hysculpt, the luxury design and manufacturing house Bodywear Lab and the consultancy agency London Contour Experts.

“We are delighted to announce, in close collaboration with the London Contour Experts Group, the launch of the new platform ‘Bodywear Collective’ at PERFORMANCE DAYS in October 2024. As a renowned British designer, she is particularly known for her creative work in cutting, design and materials, always with a close look at sustainable components,” commented Marco Weichert, CEO of PERFORMANCE DAYS.

Created as a space to bolster innovation and collaboration within the bodywear sector, ‘Bodywear Collective’ will focus on multi-functional design and sustainability. The section will include a Bodywear Tech Lab showcasing new technology such as 3D soft body technology and AI enhancing tools.
