UKFT member Halley Stevensons scooped the Fashion Supplier of the Year at the Drapers Awards on 15 November 2023 in London, for the third year in a row.

The Scottish company specialises in sustainably produced waxed cotton and weatherproofed fabrics, with all of its dyeing and finishing taking place in “under one roof” based at Baltic Works in Dundee, UK.

Adam Mansell, CEO of UKFT, said: “It is great to see this recognition for Halley Stevensons, which is building on more than 150 years of expertise with a team of skilled technicians developing new products and refining existing processes. Like many UK firms, the company is extremely flexible and can offer both large orders destined for key international markets as well as bespoke orders in custom colours and finishes.”

The company’s range encompasses everything from flyweight apparel to heavyweight cotton canvas, and most recently some nylon/cotton and organic cotton options, in a wide spectrum of colours and finishes.
