UKFT member Nosakhari has launched a new skills sharing platform .Ar:ti|sans to foster the art of making and promote dexterity through the ancestral craft of leather.

Nosakhari is a London-based minimalist design, luxury accessory leather goods brand founded by Nosakhare Osadolor, focused on igniting individuality and self-expression.

The team also founded CreateLab by Nosakhari when they couldn’t find the right leather goods manufacturing company in London to produce their own line of products for the Nosakhari brand. CreateLab by Nosakhari is a London-based leather goods manufacturer which specialises in hand crafted samples and production lines. Find out more here.

Now through the .Ar:ti|sans project, Nosakhari seeks to open up the art of leathercraft to more people.

Nosakhari says: “Leathercraft has for a long time been inaccessible for many people. You either had to dedicate your life’s work to it, have the space for a workshop, invest in tools and know the right people or live in the right area and attend specialised leather craft courses.
