Meet Carol McHugh (30), founder of Joe Noe – the Irish womenswear brand born out of a passion for bold design and beautiful fabrics.

Carol launched Joe Noe in 2020 with six key piece for SS20, and focuses on creating quality garments with the perfect cuts that will fit and flatter any figure. The brand’s ultimate ambition is to ignite creativity and confidence in every wearer.

From the geometric shapes of the ‘Joni’ dress, to the tropical hues of ‘Annie’, each Joe Noe garment is made using the finest 100% silk crepe de chine. The collection pays homage to the 60’s vintage style and vibrancy and is finished with a modern, clean-cut.

All Joe Noe garments are ethically manufactured in the UK. The SEDEX approved factory guarantees staff fair wages and high standard working conditions. The garments are also made in limited quantities, to ensure the company does not mass produce.
