If your business has registered with PackUK for the UK Packaging Extended Producer Responsibility scheme, you will start receiving invoices from October 2025. These invoices cover disposal and recycling costs for packaging placed on the market between April 2025 and March 2026, based on the data you submitted for 2024.

Invoices only apply to companies that have signed up to PackUK. If you are not registered, you will not receive an invoice. The deadline to register and submit data was 1 April 2025.

Registered businesses should ensure their finance teams have access to the Report Packaging Data portal, as invoices will be issued there. Payments must be made within 50 days of the invoice date, either in full or through an instalment plan.

In 2026, fees will also include a RAM assessment method for fees taking into consideration recyclability.
